From start to finish Chad went above and beyond to turn our kitchen into the space we’ve always dreamed of. We are very proud of our new kitchen. I had my first contact with this company over the phone. I bent the key of my desk and needed a replacement key. When I called the manufacturer they said they couldn’t help me because I wasn’t a distributor. I looked for local distributors and found Hunter Kitchen & Bath in Bryn Mawr, PA. I was afraid that they wouldn’t give me the time of day since I wasn’t ordering kitchen cabinets or bathtubs or sinks, but just a replacement key. I was REALLY pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Chad, who couldn’t have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful!! EVEN FOR JUST A KEY! He took the time to look up the Hafale catalogue and found the item I needed and agreed to order it and have it sent to my house at no charge. I can’t wait to do business with him and his company as soon as I need to redecorate.

Chad was very knowledgeable, responsive, and more affordable when compared to the other kitchen designers we met with. This was our first time remodeling a kitchen and Chad was very patient and willing to spend the time answering our questions. He assisted with designing our kitchen layout, supplying our cabinets, ordering our counter top, hardware, sink and faucet, and also helped with selecting appliances. I would highly recommend Hunter Kitchen and Bath for your kitchen remodel.

This past summer my wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen of thirty years. We contacted approximately 8 design / installation companies. Hunter Kitchen and Bath was the second company to meet with us. Design was critical as I needed new ideas. HKB provided that. We were given two options which other’s did not do. Other companies were not as thorough nor original in their thinking.
HKB provided a good selection of cabinets from stock to custom. On selecting the cabinet brand and style the price was excellent and the quality was great. HKB also assisted us in acquiring a contractor to do the install.
HKB was there throughout the installation process and was helpful in answering questions with both install and design questions.
Overall HKB provided a great service at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for your kitchen / bath designer and supplier.
